My Very First Brush Set

I never really took makeup seriously then.  My routine was just simple and did not include the use of brushes.  But as I got more interested and passionate with makeup artistry I found that one cannot live on sponges alone hehehe =P

It took a long while before I decided which brushes to get and a major factor is the price.  In between comparing different brands and sets vs. individual brushes, I found myself buying some cheap individual brushes to start with.  But this did not keep me from wanting more brushes. =P  So after some careful thought, I got myself the Charm Pro Brush Set.

What made me choose this set is not really the price, although this is very affordable at PhP 3,450.00, but rather the variety of brushes included in the set.  I think this is the only one that contains a stippling brush, bent eyeliner and tapered blending brush that is locally available.

I got this way before I attended makeup school but it pays to attend one since I am now able to maximize the use of my brushes.  I LOVE MY CHARM PRO BRUSH SET!  This actually helped me develop my makeup application skills and deliver very nice results.  I will not do an in depth review as this set has been available for more than a year now and there are lots of online reviews.

But to quickly describe the set, this is a 21-pc. brush set that contains everything you'll need to do the entire face.  It is a mix of natural and synthetic brushes.  It comes in a brush roll.  The ferrule is metal however the handle is plastic.  My favorite among the bunch is the tapered blending brush.  =)

Here I have also included my other brushes: (white) e.l.f., (brown) elianto and (purple) generic.  I love the fact that the slots can also accommodate additional brushes.  =)

To date, I still use these brushes and I plan to use them on future clients as well.  =) xoxo
